The DG6300CLST is a clever steam oven that will steam your fish and vegetables and can cook a great tasting casserole in around 45 minutes, along with boil pasta and sterilise bottles. There are four different cooking levels with recommended temperatures adjustable between 40 and 100 degrees with steam and 30-225 degrees with heat giving you the best possible cooking results possible. Miele has added 20 user programmes which are hand to help with any cooking task you want, plus with programmable functions and automatic programmes enable you to get the best results from the food you place inside the oven. The DG6300CLST even features a descaling function for efficient maintenance; all of the added features are selected via the direct controls on the front of the oven. With steam technology this ensures consistent heat throughout the cavity, steam is created outside the food chamber until it reaches the required temperature where it is injected into the chamber surrounding the food on all sides. You can easily choose between steam and combination cooking and menu programmes guide you through for the best results and with a handy keep warm function and minute minder to allow you to sit back and relax and let the oven do the work.
