Made exclusively from Koronéi­ki olives, a native Greek variety, the olives are hand-picked in late October through to early December, and pressed as the same day as harvesting. The Liá has a rich and sweet aroma with a ripe avocado background and herbaceous notes, reminiscent of crushed basil leaves. With a satisfyingly creamy texture, with green almonds, avocado and pleasant red chilli on the palate, this perfectly complements all culinary dishes.
