Arduino Global Positioning System (GPS) Shields - Designer Systems DS-GPM.S, The Designer Systems GPS shield for the Arduino or Raspberry Pi features 56 channels for fast satellite acquisition. Communicating over I2C the shield uses only 2 Arduino pins and frees the Arduino serial port. The shield will supply latitude, longitude, heading, altitude, speed, time, date and satellites in view via simple register based commands. Also included on-board are four programmable IO lines and an ADC. Applications include robotic navigation or as a highly accurate time source.
