Being a conventional electric oven, the oven cavity will be hotter at the top then cooler towards to bottom, so it is ideal for traditional roasting where the meat can be placed in the middle section, roast potatoes at the top and puddings towards the base to ensure they all cook at the same pace, giving you the perfect dinner.
