As beautiful as it is convenient, the Belling DB4 100Ei electric range cooker is an appliance for serious culinary enthusiasts among you. Finished in a range of sleek colours, this cooker combines a professional style with useful features. The Belling DB4 100Ei offers two ovens and a separate grill for cooking flexibility and hosts a powerful and responsive induction hob with 5 zones for versatility. An easy clean glass surface provides a glossy finish. Induction heating gives near-instant heat (comparable to gas) and allows you to precisely control the temperature at which you cook. As only the area at the base of the pan is heated, it's also highly efficient. There are two large capacity ovens on this range cooker: one main conventional oven and one fanned electric oven, both with internal lights. Using natural convection, the oven cavity will be hotter at the top and cooler at the bottom, which is ideal for traditional roasting. The meat can be placed in the middle of the oven, roast potatoes towards the top, and puddings towards the base. The double ovens are complemented by a smaller separate dual circuit variable electric grill ; ideal when you are grilling on mass. Thanks to a programmable timer, you can time your meals to perfection. A LED clock keeps you informed of the cooking process. A specially-designed enamel interior prevents food from fusing to the surface – allowing you to wipe away spills easily when cleaning. The oven doors are designed with a removable slide out glass panel, this gives you easy access to all parts of the door when cleaning, helping you make sure your Belling stays in pristine condition. A storage compartment on the bottom right is ideal for storing away bulkier pots and pans. Please Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.
